Good old Taimanov (1980) and Schwarz (1964) recommend 1.d4 e6 2.c4 f5 3.g3 Nf6 4.Bg2 Be7 (c6 indeed, if Black wants to play d5 and Bd6 but White has 5.Nc3 d5 6.Nh3) 5.Nf3 o-o 6.o-o d5 (as you know, I prefer d6 or a5) 7.Nc3 c6 8.Bg5 (if 8.Qc2 is more precise depends on the reply Ne4) Nbd7 9.e3 Qe8 10.Qc2 += Botvinnik-Smyslov, WCh 1958.
The Iljin-Zjenevsky is easier against Blackburne's Nh3 system than the Stonewall, because the knight on f4 provokes e6-e5. In the latter White would love to execute the manoeuvres Ng1-h3-f4-d3 and Nb1-d2-f3, but cannot force this ideal setup without allowing a superior version of the IZ.

Another recommendation, that might suit your more, is 4.Bf4 (or 4.Nf3 first) d5 (d6; Bb4) 5.e3 c6 6.Bd3 Be7 7.Nf3 (7.Nge2 intending castling queenside) o-o 8.o-o. Again both T and S promise White an edge.

Finally T gives 4.e3 d5 5.Bd3 c6 6.Qc2 Bd6 7.Nf3 o-o 8.h3 Ne4 and now I quote:
