I dont know your level of play, but I find the Pirc way too sophisticated for my tastes. You get attacked on the kingside, you constantly have to take all kinds of pawn breaks into account and all your pieces are cramped. So personally I would make a switch.

Anyway, if you really don't want to abandon ...g6 defences yet, you could start making your opponent's prep a lot more difficult by sometimes adopting the flexible Modern move order - the recent book Tiger's Modern is a fantastic source of ideas IMHO. 

Also against certain players you might try to throw them off with 1 e4 d6 2 d4 Nf6 3 Nc3 e5 (there's a decent Roman DVD on this) or 3...Nbd7 (Palatnik gives some interesting stuff on this in his book The Tarrasch Formula) steering for Philidor positions - very closely related to the Pirc strategically, definitely playable (i.e. hardly worse than += even against best play) and different enough to throw a surprised opponent.

You are probably beginning to find that more and more opponents are using the recipes from the Opening for White According to Anand volume 4 - make sure you have your improvements ready! Defending the honour of "your" opening with great passion and hard analytical homework can actually improve your game!
