Tarrasch called g2-g4, not particularly on move one, "the suicide move."  But g2-g4 is played so much these days, why not just play it on move one?

Dunno. What I dunno either, is how Grob managed to defeat Keres, Fine and Tartakower in Oostende 1937 and still did not manage to win the tournament!
  

The book had the effect good books usually have: it made the stupids more stupid, the intelligent more intelligent and the other thousands of readers remained unchanged.
