Would suggest studying TJ's KG books - Creative Aggressor for 3.Nc3 & Fascinating KG  for 3.Bc4. These are the most recent as far as material on the KG is concerned. Joe Gallagher's winning with the KG is quite good if you can get hold of it. Just that I dont like his treatment of the Fischer Defense with 6.Ng1.

which openings do you play ? which kind of position do you prefer ?

3. Bc4 could be better, and positionally more interesting...
playing 3. Nf3 needs studing a lot of theory, there are many good systems for black

play 3.Nf3 and be prepared to be material down
3.Bc4 is a bit boring
sure the King's Gambit is a good opening for 1600 level
GMs play it occasionally

Hi, im changing my white repertoire. I am a "italian game" player and i wanna start with the king`s gambit. Which is the best line 3.Nf3 or 3.Bc4; is it a good opening for a 1600 chess player? Are there GM playing KG?
