Thanks, Antillian, I noticed the Pederson (sp.?) book, but am a bit wary of Gambit opening books with all their B22132's and all trees, no wood approach.
But thanks to your recco, I'm prepared to take a punt on it.

Steffen Pedersen had a very good book on this some years ago. While it is a bit dated, theory has not really developed signifincantly in this opening since apart from Adams, no top player really plays it regularly. I would heartily reccomend this book.

The most recent book that covers the Bogo, however is Chess Openings for Black, Explained by Lev Alburt Roman Dzindzhichhashvili Eugene Perelshteyn. It covers a complete repertoire for Black and recommends the Nimzo and Bogo against 1. d4. I do not have this book and I  have no idea how good it is.

If you wanted to study the games of a top player, then Adams would be the one to look at.

I'm thinking of taking up the Bogo-Indian, but a cursory search suggests that this opening is not extensively covered in the literature.

Are there any good books or resources on this opening? (apart from Chesspub, of course...)
