You mentioned you have quite a bit of other information on the games you're searching for.  If you share some of that information, I may be able to help you find what you're looking for.

Shirov vs Tominsh Riga, 1984.
1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bc4 Nf6 4. Ng5 d4 5. exd4 Na5 6. Bb5+ c6 7. dxc6 bxc6 8. Be2 h6 9. Nf3 e4 10. Ne5 Qd4 11. f4 Bc5 12. Rf1 Qd8 13. c3 Nd5 14. g3 Bh3 15. Qa4  Bxf1 16. Nxc6 Nxc6 17. Qxc6+ Qd7 and then all the people that reference this comment "-+" and mention the fact that Shirov did lose this... but no one finishes the game...
Rosenfeld-Marshall New York, 1909.
This game I am wondering if it is just an error by many authors on the location and notation. I have found the game you mentioned in bath. The difference is this one claims it was played in New York not bath and instead of 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bc4 Nf6 4.Ng5 d5 5.exd5 Na5 6.Bb5+ c6 7.dxc6 bxc6 8.Be2 h6 9.Nf3 e4 10.Ne5 Qd4 11.Ng4 Bxg4 12.Bxg4 Bc5 13.0-0 e3 14.Bf3 exf2+ 15.Kh1 0-0 16.c3 Qd3 17.Be2 Qg6 18.d4 Bd6 19.Rxf2 Ne4 20.Rf3 Qh5 21.Qg1 Rfe8 22.Nd2 Nxd2 23.Re3 Qxe2 24.Rxe2 Rxe2 25.Bxd2 Rxd2 26.b4 Nc4 27.Qf1 Nb2 28.Qa6 Re8 29.Qxc6 Re6 30.Qa8+ Kh7 31.Rf1 Rf2 32.Kg1 Rxf1+ 33.Kxf1 Bxh2 34.Qd5 Bg3 35.Qxe6 fxe6 36.Ke2 Bf4 37.a4 g5 38.a5 a6 39.Kf3 Bd2 40.b5 Bxc3 41.bxa6 Bxd4 42.Ke4 Ba7 0-1

The game in new york is quoted as  1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bc4 Nf6 4.Ng5 d5 5.exd5 Na5 6.Bb5+ c6 7.dxc6 bxc6 8.Be2 h6 9.Nf3 e4 10.Ne5 Qd4 11.Ng4 Nxg4 12.Bxg4 Bc5 13.0-0 e3 -+ and notes Marshall as winning the game.

David Pruess - Hikaru Nakamura Las Vegas, 2008.

Anyone want to throw up a pgn that has NIC? Smiley

Ziherl-Krzisnik Yugoslavia, 1956.
1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bc4 Nf6 4. Ng5 d5 5. exd5 Na6 6. Bb5+ c6 7. dxc6 bxc6 8. Qf3 Rb8 9. Bxc6+ Nxc6 10. Qxc6+ Nd7 11. d3 Be7 12. Nf3 0-0 13. Qe4 Rb4 14. Qe2 e4 15. dxe4 Nc5 16. Nc3 Ba6 17. Qd1 Qa5 18. Nd2  Nxe4 'again -+ 0-1' but not finishing the game's notation.

Saharov-Voronov USSR, 1971

I have misplaced my notes on this game at the moment

I don't have the latest copy of NIC on hand but if I recall well it includes an annotated version of the Pruess-Nakamura game.

Kind regards

Regarding the game played by Saharov...

I tried Yuri Sakharov, knowing that there is no "h" in Russian.  Unfortunately, his last game was played in 1970.  I know this because he died that year.

Unless his game was against Korchnoi?  Roll Eyes

I found this game from 1909, but it wasn't played in New York (unless Bath Beach is in New York?):

Rosenfeld,H - Marshall,F [C59]
Bath Beach Bath Beach, 1909

1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bc4 Nf6 4.Ng5 d5 5.exd5 Na5 6.Bb5+ c6 7.dxc6 bxc6 8.Be2 h6 9.Nf3 e4 10.Ne5 Qd4 11.Ng4 Bxg4 12.Bxg4 Bc5 13.0-0 e3 14.Bf3 exf2+ 15.Kh1 0-0 16.c3 Qd3 17.Be2 Qg6 18.d4 Bd6 19.Rxf2 Ne4 20.Rf3 Qh5 21.Qg1 Rfe8 22.Nd2 Nxd2 23.Re3 Qxe2 24.Rxe2 Rxe2 25.Bxd2 Rxd2 26.b4 Nc4 27.Qf1 Nb2 28.Qa6 Re8 29.Qxc6 Re6 30.Qa8+ Kh7 31.Rf1 Rf2 32.Kg1 Rxf1+ 33.Kxf1 Bxh2 34.Qd5 Bg3 35.Qxe6 fxe6 36.Ke2 Bf4 37.a4 g5 38.a5 a6 39.Kf3 Bd2 40.b5 Bxc3 41.bxa6 Bxd4 42.Ke4 Ba7 0-1

Was this the game you were looking for?

Regarding Shirov-Tominsh, 1984:

I have not been able to find any games of Alexei Shirov from before 1985.  I did find one game listed for Alexey Shirov for 1983.  So part of the problem may be with transliterating the name into English.  The other part of the problem is that it's notoriously hard to get juvenalia of great players.

Have you tried asking him for the game?  (Seriously!  He's been very helpful to me in the past.)

Well,

You could try asking here.  Someone's bound to have such games if they exist in any accessible database.  However, I have discovered there are many games that are quoted in combination books that either have incorrect information or perhaps never even existed!

I'll try finding these games for you and get back to you.

Do you mean on ChessPublishing? Or just in general?

Also - what is the game in question?  Smiley

What do you guys do when there is a specific game you are looking for (and you know most everything about the game except the last 20 moves!) and can't find any of the usual places. How do you go about finding it?
