Both 31..Bxg3 and 32..Bxg3 (or even Rxg3) win for Black without excuse.
However, I was after a sleepless night and agreed to a draw right here--which I cannot help but regret now, but which I had been striving for from the 1st move--, without thinking for a second. Taking on g3 is a shot which I can spot easily with a fresh head.
Now I am trying to console myself by saying that my winning position at the end was also the merit of White who himself destroyed his own king's position in hope of an attack against my king...
I get a lot of winning positions without calculating much. That was the case this time as well.

A game where I was striving for a draw from the beginning. But in the end I was the one who ended up with an extra pawn. I offered the draw.

White missed a lot of wins throughout the game.
Black had spent 40+ minutes finding 32..Qf5?, so being in time trouble, he agreed to drawing by repetition.

24..Nb6 would secure an extra pawn and better position (-/+) for me. I offered a draw at once after 23..Rxf2 (-/+), but White declined it and... Because I was tired and in time trouble I played 24..Nf4?? and lost the game.
