Pocket Fritz3 actually contains the Hiarcs12.1 engine. You can find a lot of information on the Hiarcs forum. This thread is a good place to start http://hiarcs.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1572

You can also buy Hiarcs 12.1 for PPC using the CEBOARD GUI more information here http://www.hiarcs.com/ceb_chess_hiarcs.htm
