Wow,

Manchester United, who repeatedly stated that Ronaldo was not for sale, sold Christiano Ronaldo to the new Galacticos at Real Madrid

for about $131M.

This removes one reason to hate Manchester United while adding 131 million more reasons.  (Isn't it about 80 million Pounds?)

What will MancU do with all that money?  Bail out AIG?  Buy an island?  Raid some other teams of their top players?

Nah it is impossible to overcome el salvador Wink

But yes I hope they win if only because I dont like the English teams Smiley

Liverpool out.  (Remember them?  They won 5-1 aggregate against Real Madrid.  5-1!)

Funny, I don't remember seeing Real score a single goal! Undecided

Yes, Liverpool won 5-1 against Real Madrid.... And what does it have to do with Barça???
Ah, I get it... Liverpool plays in the Premier League and Madrid in the Spanish League, therefore an english team will clearly defeat Barça.
Well, the last Champions League that Barça won was against Arsenal two years ago.
And this season Barça is playing even better.

Yes and Barcelone-Chealsky will be cool also ! The main question remains : who can stop Barcelone ? To control the fantasticz Eto Henry Messi you need 6 defenders !

...and with 6 defenders for those 3, how can they neutralize Xavi giving balls from the center, and Iniesta coming from the left side, and Alves from the right?

Nobody can stop Barcelona this season if they play at their best (no injuries, etc..)
The way is free towards the 3rd. Champions League!!

Looking at statistics for F.C. Porto - Manchester U. never an english team had a win at F.C. Porto home in history  Roll Eyes

It seems that there is a first time for everything!

Oh it was an English team? And about the only Portuguese scored...

It has been said that chess players are good at two things, Chess and Excuses.  It has also been said that Chess is where all excuses fail! In order to win you must dare to fail!

Don't underestimate Hiddink's genius.

The book had the effect good books usually have: it made the stupids more stupid, the intelligent more intelligent and the other thousands of readers remained unchanged.
