This has been produced by Chessgate. I can´t find in in their shop ischach.com. Perhaps a mail to the owner Juergen Daniel helps.

Alternatively you can also try Kindermanns own site mucschach.de and ask him if he has a copy to sell.

This video indeed predates the book since he refers to it in one of the chapters.
