Well I would think that 4.Bc4 would be the most obvious.  I don't think that "immediate attack" is Black's worst problem, given that he has weakened his kingside so much.  3...f6 is a dreadful move.

I'd say that White should be satisfied after 5. Bxf4.

This reminds me of the sort of thing you might see in a Reinfeld-type primer, like 3...g5 4. Bc4 f6 5. Nxg5 fg 6. Qh5+ mating.
