You could always try your database.   A quick glance showed all of four games played in the Marshall in the last decade between players rated over 2500.  All four ended in draws The most recent was between Vorobiov and Zviagantsev.

It's well known that the line leads to an easy advantage to white, and so never sees any play at high levels (or any level where players prepare openings).

DOes anyone know of any significant games recently played with the Queen Gambit Declined Marshall Defense (1d4 d5, 2c4 Nf6)?
