Agree! I heard someone once said in some Dutch positions, black's best move (if it were not illegal) was to play f5-f7 to block holes in his king's defense.

I still find the Dutch quite risky, and am not so sure that playing it at a high level helps in long term. Morozevich played the Chigorin and Albin a lot a few years ago, but they are still considered risky.

In Tata steel tournament, he is consistently playing dutch against a very strong opposition. It is encouraging for those who like to play this opening and may think it is not as bullet proof as other opening which are played more often at top level.
