Hello dear chessfriends!
I'm looking for repertoire choice against caro-kann. I like this variation :

1. e4 c6 2. d4 d5 3. Nc3 dxe4 4. Nxe4 Bf5 5. Ng3 Bg6 6. N1e2 !?

But the problem is, that black can ofcourse play 4.Nd7 or even Nf6. Is there any up-to-date repertoire book for white, when I can find suggestions against these variations?

Dangerous Weapons: The Caro-Kann might be the source you're after.

Thank you. I have this book, but there is no detailed coverage of 4..Nd7

See Chapter Four, on 4...Nd7 5.Ng5 Ngf6 6.Bd3 e6 7.N1f3 Bd6 8.Qe2 h6 9.Ne4 Ne4 10.Qe4. I also have Wells's book - an excellent source, for sure. By the way Kasparov's 'Revolution in the 70s' has an excellent chapter on the Capablanca Variation.

As long as I know, the best source for your studies can be Peter Wells' Grandmaster Secrets: Caro-Kann, 2007 book.
It is well balanced - not a repertoire for black or white. And it explains all the possible plans in some good details.
This book somehow reminds me of John Watson's books. A high quality!  Cool
The only recent book in explanatory style about Caro-Kann that can compare to this one is the Russian language's Caro-Kann, Classical System, 2011 by Karpov & Podgaets.
Of course, you can find Larry Kaufman's old (2004) repertoire book (1.e4) for Black & White, or even Alexander Khalifman's 3rd volume of 1.e4 Openings according to Anand (2004), but the above-mentioned Wells' book is the most recent that I know of.  Wink
As for your chosen system against Caro-Kann, Classical (6.N1e2!?), I can tell that it is good for playing in your OTB games - Black has to be very careful defending against it. But it doesn't suit for correspondence chess - I myself intended to try it, but gave up the idea after checking all the possible variations with a little help of my engines.  Wink
