Mariya Muzychuk's chess games being kept secret

It was reported today on Chessbase that Mariya Muzychuk is participating in the Ukrainian chess championship. But what's raising eyebrows is the decision by the Ukrainian chess team to keep Mariya Muzychuk's chess opening repertoire a secret.

In other words the Ukrainian chess officials are keeping Mariya Muzychuks games secret to prevent anybody from seeing what she's playing or speculating on what she's going to use in her match with Hou Yifan.. To me this sounds ridiculous but supposing Mariya Muzychuk pulls off a victory over Hou Yifan..then this move by the Ukraine to keep her games secret might be tipped to be the reason for such a win over Yifan. Anybody think this method a sign of desperation by the Ukraine or is this decision to keep her games secret illegal?  I'm wondering if FIDE will have to step in and make a ruling on this.
