That looks like an insanely good video series, Tony! Going to enjoy watching this & checking out the rest of the channel
I do think there is an interest for this, but perhaps it would be more immediatly appealing if it were split into more parts, so it's easier to get back to where one was, and it didn't feel as overwhelming?
Instead of 3 hours on all the Dragons, three 1 hour videos on the respective ones would look a lot more manageable.
Potentially one could could split it even farther down into smth like a 20 minute look with focus from the Black side, 20 minutes from the White side, and 20 minutes of how it actually looks like in games (when Black takes time out of his plan to stop White actions, how White adjusts his play based on Blacks answers, something, development of theory)?
That way, someone vaguely interested in potentially playing the Acc Dragon could watch the 20 Minute Black video, and if he likes it, the 20 Minute Theory one on top - rather than sitting in front of 2:55:28 and just going "Uuuh, maybe later".
Attention spans online are sadly rather short for most people..
And indeed, I simply didn't know about the existence of this channel, let alone the video series, at all!
It's difficult to find quality content on Youtube, so I generally refrain from even attempting to do so.. if you aren't already an established household name, it's rare for people to stumble upon whatever you're producing.
Some sort of advertising does go a long way.

OnTopic, I do think it would theoretically be possible, but in practice the vast majority of Youtubers/Streamers I've seen have 95%+ Online Blitz/Bullet Games as their main sort of content, where they play roughly every opening imaginable and purposely avoid going to deep into theory waters to not make it impossible to play OTB in the future (it does get kind of easy to prepare for you, if you play your actual repertoire in 3000 commentated online games).
So.. sure, basing your repertoire on a "hero" is good, and if you have commentated games by them even better, and if it's loads of games that's perfect, but I don't feel like you actually get glimpses into their repertoire from watching those Banter Blitzings.
