I would be careful of Mikhalchisin's books, particularly his newest rook ending books in the 'Mastering' series. It appears that he does not use engines to check his work. A cursory glance at the Typical Rook Endings book revealed serious problems on the positions I chose at random.

Certainly there is much wisdom there, but there's no excuse for not checking your work in a book series that aims at encyclopedic status.

I just relooked at my copy of Mastering essential rook endgames. I have seen some weird editing errors. For example, there is Chapter 9 and Chapter 11. But no Chapter 10  Cheesy

First I thought this is a little trolling or ranting. Then I saw it is you writing. So I will give the only serious reply possible contentwise:

Who except you does and is able to know if this is right for you?

Would going through all of these books be good programme for a complete mastery of pawn and rook ending ¿

No, it's overkill.

I was thinking of reading ECE Rook Endings and ECE Pawn Endings from end to begin, but it looks like very much work.

That's probably been done before. You could try it, and let us know if it was worth it. But I thought those were just reference works.

I have for a pawn endgames:

-Secrets of Pawn Endings (Müller)
-King & Pawn Endings (Фишбейн)
-Queen and Pawn Endgames (Михайльчишин)
-Encyclopspædia of Pawn Endings (Chess Informant)

I have for a rook endgames:

-Secrets of Rook Endings (Nunn)
-Survival Guide to Rook Endings (Emms)
-Practical Rook Endings (Minev)
-Understanding Rook Endings (Müller)
-Rook Endings (Левенфиш, Смыслов)
-Mastering Basic Rook Endgames (Михайльчишин)
-Mastering Essential Rook Endgames (Михайльчишин)
-Mastering Typical Rook Endgames (Михайльчишин)
-Encyclopspædia of Rook Endings (Chess Informant)

in addition to general endgame book like Endspiel Universität (Дворецкий), which I had already finished. Would going through all of these books be good programme for a complete mastery of pawn and rook ending ¿

I was thinking of reading ECE Rook Endings and ECE Pawn Endings from end to begin, but it looks like very much work.
