I do. It is written in the nature of a puzzle book, where gives positions, and you are supposed to work out the answers. At the back of book has quite detailed solutions to the problems. They are nearly all not direct tactical points, but finding plans, and a few tactical points.

Samples at niggeman.com

So we have Grooten in Dutch and English. Grooten's book is aimed at club players, so it's not for me. Also Grooten's English edition is out of stock. Popular?

And we have Mueller in German and English. I rather like Mueller's format, but I'm not a fan of his annotations. Maybe his German reads better but mine is only rudimentary.

A bit I recall noting in the TOC of the Karolyi book is that, versus Nge2/0-0/f3, it addresses Black going ...b5 earlier than I had seen from Chess Publishing (Moroni-Brunello). I wasn't aware of that move in such positions, but the Karolyi version was known to old theory (it was given in ECO and NCO as leading to an edge for White).

I wonder if anyone here has Karsten Müller's book on typical QG Exchange middlegames. (He has also done such books on the Sicilian with ...e6 and ...d6, and on the French. The latter is the most recent [though they're all pretty recent] and not yet out in English.)

I'd like to recommend Tony Rotella's YT video. His recommendations seem to give Black easy equality. The only downside is that one variation looks quite stale.

The book had the effect good books usually have: it made the stupids more stupid, the intelligent more intelligent and the other thousands of readers remained unchanged.

There are many books and articles on the Queen's Gambit Declined Exchange variation. Viewed from the Black side, I find it endlessly fascinating. It's strong enough that Black is strongly challenged. Still, it seems that there is always a way, or two, or three, maybe four, that Black might reasonably proceed.

I'd like to recommend a book that may have flown under the radar:
The Exchange Variation for Black, by Tibor Karolyi. Karolyi analyses 84 games, including many other game fragments and variations. At a price of $16.99, it is a very good value. It was published in 2018, but most theory has not changed that much.

Forward Chess books are available on the PC (Mac?). Sometimes, I set them to fill half the screen and another program fills the other half of the screen. I also frequently refer to this book on a small tablet when away from home.

Karolyi has several books at ForwardChess. Most are biographies. He also has books on the Dutch (Leningrad) and the Semi-Tarrasch.
