By the way, an important question in my opinion is where should the queen go (especially after Rc1)? In the Qc7 system, she sometimes goes to g7, covering e5 and hitting d4, after carefull preparation with g6; but those lines, as can be seen in Psakhis Nd2 work don't work in this Tiviakov's-Nd2-system too well. With Qb6 I am not only unpinning the Night on c6 but also put pressure on b2 and d4 and indirectly even f2. I am also starting to prepare e5.

Here is a thought for the ultra theory variation of the Nf6 Tarrasch.  
1. e4 e6 2. d4 d5 3. Nd2 Nf6 4. e5 Nfd7 5. c3 c5 6. Bd3 Nc6 7. Ne2 cd4 8. cd4 f6 9. ef6  Nf6 10. Nf3 Qc7 11. 0-0 Bd6 12. Bg5 0-0 13.  Rc1. Currently 13. … Ng4 is under pressure because of 14. Ng3 g6 followed by Tiviakov’s 15. Nd2. 

Of course, there are various alternatives to 13. Ng4 and after 15. Nd2 Black has a couple of alternatives as well. I do find those position , however, difficult to play for Black and I was looking into 14. … Qb6 (after 14. Ng3). Surprisingly, Psakhis didn’t even mention this move and Pedersen only says that he “understands that Black is reluctant to take more ambitious decisions with so little protection of his kingside”, page 106, but he doesn’t provide any analysis. I looked at it with Fritz and this seems to be interesting. Do you guys have any experience or reference material?
