There are lots of good systems.  You can find more details on them if you're better with the search feature than I am.  Here's a summary of what I think.

h4 + g4 as in a Nunn-Ward game is very good but requires some preparation since Black has a few different sharp options.  (Check out the devastating Bg7!! sacrifice.)

Kb1 + Bg5 is promoted by Martin in Starting Out: Sicilian Dragon and I think it gives some positional edge.

Kb1 + h4 is the way Khalifman proposes in Opening for White According to Anand and his analysis looks convincing to me.

Even h4 + h5 is probably good, because of the Nd5 endgame line if Black doesn't sac the exchange right away after Nxh5 (see another Nunn-Ward game), and if Black sacrifices the exchange with h5 Rxc3!? Qxc3 Qxc3 bxc3 Nxh5, then I think White can forgo trading bishops and instead play Bg5 with annoying pressure like an FM once played against me.
