13. - 0-0 and on 14. Bh6 Qa5+ 15. Kf1 f6 looks good. 14. 0-0 may be better, but Black's doing well.

Alex Yermolinsky covered this in his fantastic 'The Road to Chess Improvement'. 8.Be2 is already imprecise due to 8...Nc6 9.Be3 Bg4 when White has nothing better than the meek 10.e5. If 7...0-0 ,then 8.Be2 c5 9.0-0 cd4 10.cd4 Nc6 11.Be3 Bg4 12.d5! is already better for White, based on Yermolinsky-Schebenyk, along with 5 other games by Yermolinsky which are covered in the book. 

After 8. -Nc6 9. d5!?-Bxc3+ 10.Bd2-Bxa1 11.Qxa1-Sd4 12.Nxd4-cxd4 13.Qxd4 and now? 13.--f6 or 13.--0-0 14.Bh6

TN is spot on. I haven't studied the theory for the Black side carefully yet, but I know from preparing for the White side long time ago that time is critical. If White is allowed, (s)he will consolidate his center. The whole purpose of the Grunfeld is to counter-attack against it.

I had a look in my newly purchased book, the Safest Grunfeld. Delchev and Agrest writes, after 7...Nf3, that "Remember! Unlike in the 7.Bc4 system, the move order is important here! We should not waste a tempo on castling."

I think Rowson and Lalic also mention it somewhere in their books.

I think he should play 7 ...c5, not 0-0. But 8 ...c5 is thematic I guess.
