Hi,

yesterday i played the following game (30 minutes):

Now my questions: White was much better until move 23 but then i played to slowly my attack.And after 26...g5 Black has counterplay and then i made some strategical mistakes like: 27.g3 and 28.gxf4.

Who can give me an advice, how to train, to get a stronger attacker and a better defender? How can i train such things? What type of homework must i do?
I think, i played much better between move 11 and 23 than my opponent. But with only 2 bad moves (27 and 28) i lost this game  resp. gave him good counterplay.(the game was not lost if i played 33 Ne6!)
Perhaps someone can help me!?
