I'm looking for material on the Two Knights with 4.d3 h6!?, intending a quick ...g6. Apart from a handful of games in the CP archive, I'm only aware of one game (Kogan - Svidler, Oakham 1992) in Pinski's book, and brief clips on Mikhalchishin's DVD for Black and Bologan's for White. Does anyone know of anything more substantial?

There's also a piece by Kuzmin in ChessBase Magazine 187, but that's on plans with ...g5!?
