Avrukh introduces the ideas in a Youtube video, if you want a better idea of the material before buying the pgn; I think he does this for most or all of his material.

Stumbled upon ask-avrukh.com which has a PGN file for Modern Vienna Black repertoire covering exactly this 5...b5 line. https://ask-avrukh.com/Games.aspx

I think I am going to have to buy one of his PGNs, just to see what they are like.

This line with 5...b5 has become very popular recently. It is a prime example of how contemporary engines are finding playable alternatives to long-established theory, even on move 5 of an ultra-classical opening. It is also covered (very well) in Beating the Queen's Gambit - Indian Style by Renier Castellanos (Quality Chess, 2024).

1. d4 d5 2. c4 e6 3. Nc3 Nf6 4. Nf3 dc4 5. e4!? b5!?
I probably first saw this in chapter 5 of Luis Rodi's The Modernized Queen's Gambit Declined (Forward Chess).

This also got some attention from the white side in:  Principled Repertoire against Vienna and Ragozin by FM Egor Lashkin (ModernChess).

Now we have:  The Modernized Vienna of the Queen's Gambit Declined, by Fernando Peralta (Forward Chess).
https://forwardchess.com/product/the-modernized-vienna-of-the-queens-gambit-decl...

"Until a few years ago, the main lines continued with 5...Bb4 6.Bg5 c5, or the dangerous gambit 6.Bc4!? Nxe4 7.0-0. ... The scenario changes dramatically with 5...b5!? as Black now sets up a complicated, unbalanced game," Peralta.

Play often continues 6. e5!? Nd5 7. Nb5 Nb6
