I have a question in the line 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 d6 3.d4 cxd4 4.Nxd4 Nf6 5.f3 e5 6.Bb5 Nbd7 7.Nf5 d5 8.exd5 a6 9.Ba4 b5 10.Bb3 Nb6 or 10...Nc5.

Is there any merit in 3.e5?
I get sick of the Sicilian sometimes, so in a recent blitz game I decided to "refute it by force". Clearly I managed to catch my opponent by surprise:

In old days , with White , after 1 e4 c5 , most of time I got a Najdorf and I had plenty of fun with 6 Bg5
